Our baby girl turned 15 months yesterday. I just can't believe it. It is unreal what a little person she has turned into over the past few months. She has just recently started putting two words together and is even responding to things we say by saying, "K." Just the other morning when I got her up, she kept asking for Dada. I told her that we needed to change her diaper and then we could go see Dada. She responded, "K." I love it!
For the past month or so she will do one of the things that I was anxious to experience as a mother. If I'm sitting on the floor or squatting, she will get right in front of me, turn around and plop herself right in my lap. Oh, it melts my heart. If only she would sit for longer than two point three seconds! She has also started grabbing on to my legs and hugging...especially while I'm cooking and can't fully pay attention to her. I love those moments.
She amazes us every day with something new that she does or a word that she repeats. ::mental note for mommy and daddy to stop cussing ASAP::
Jordan LOVES to dance and will alternate between certain toys to get music playing so she can break it down. We just recently moved all of her toys into the dining room (after we removed the dining room table of course) and are planning on doing a little rearranging of our downstairs furniture to better suit her little (read: BIG) play room. Hence, the wine bottles and wine glasses will be removed from this area :)
