Keeping on track with getting pictures done of B as a newborn, 6 months, and a year, I knew I needed to book a session last month. I had seen a Groupon deal for a local photographer and fell in love with her work. I booked her right away and aside from walking through mud in our sandals (not her fault!), we had a wonderful experience with her and am I totally happy with the end result. 
Aside from getting B's 6 month pics, I used this opportunity to do some 2 year pics of J and some family pics as well.
These shots were taken at the Olivenhain Meeting Hall in Encinitas and I have a feeling I will go back there for future shoots as well. There are just so many options for great pictures and because there was another family there while we were, we didn't get to take full advantage of the building like I had wished. Our coordinating outfits turned out great, if I do say so myself, and no one had a meltdown. SUCCESS!
